About Me

My name is Aimee Keiluhn and I was born and raised in northern New Jersey. My interest in fitness and sports started early, joining a softball team at age 6. In high school I lettered in tennis, basketball and softball, played for a semi-professional softball team and from 1985-1989 played NCAA softball for Hofstra University. My coaches suggested I begin weight training to improve my strength. That was the beginning of my love for weight training and fitness.

I moved to Los Angeles in 1992 and began a career in the Entertainment Industry. A few years later, I noticed that I had let my fitness take a back seat to my career. In all honesty, I was fat and I had to do something about it. I read over 30 books on fitness and tried (unsuccessfully) more than 10 different eating plans and fad diets including the cabbage soup diet. Nothing worked, so I decided to get an "education" in fitness. In 2001 I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Analyst.

I became a personal trainer to help people help themselves. I wanted to bring the message that no matter who you are, no matter what you do, you absolutely, positively have the power to change.

READ My Bottom Line...

There is tremendous satisfaction in helping people learn the right way to exercise and eat specific to THEMSELVES so their efforts are not wasted. I discovered the best part about being a personal trainer is having the opportunity to transform not only my client's body, but their mind as well. Being a personal trainer means being there for my client through the good and the bad, answering emails and being on-call if a client has questions.

I am an NAFC certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Analyst. In March 2008, I competed in Women’s All-Natural Bodybuilding at the OCB Tri-State Classic, placing 3rd.

I have trained celebrity clients at World Gym and Gold’s Gym in Los Angeles and am now a private In-Home Trainer in Lower Bucks County, PA and Mercer County, NJ.

Testimonials

Working with Aimee has been a journey, one that I am still on. I have had my ups and downs, but Aimee has always been there for me. She not only gets to my physical issues but she is also there for the emotional issues that get in the way of achieving my goals. She never lets you slack off or take the easy way out. You are pushed form start to finish while training.
