Semi-Private Training

Semi Private Personal Training is for groups up to 3 people. It is a more cost effective way to get personalized attention from a certified trainer in a small group. It's perfect for those looking to get into shape with family members or with friends. Each person is individually assessed and all exercises can be modified based on individual fitness level.

Every semi private personal training class is different. I'll switch the workout every week to keep you challenged. We will jog, squat, lunge, jump rope, use resistance bands, medicine balls and work with the environment around us based on the workout location.

You will never feel pressured to keep up with the group as each person works at their personal best.

With semi private personal training I can work with you in your home or outside (weather permitting) in your yard.

A group of 3 can train for a little as $23 per session.
