Policies & Payment

Payment is required in advance for 10 sessions AFTER the first four (4) sessions. We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We require that you notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session.

We do understand that emergencies happen and people get sick. We provide every client with two (2) free short-notice cancellations per calendar year. You will not be charged for your first two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. Depending upon our schedule, we may be able to reschedule your cancelled sessions.

We also understand that clients may need to reschedule a session. We will make every effort to accommodate your reschedule request.

There is a 3% processing fee for credit cards

When you buy a package of sessions from us, we commit to having enough time to train you at the time we designate each week. That affects how many other clients we can schedule. For that reason we do not offer refunds. If you want to make sure our training style is right for you we suggest paying per session for the first 4 sessions. After that we sell training packages in blocks of 10 sessions.

Training packages expire 90 days from date of purchase.

Working with Aimee has been a journey, one that I am still on. I have had my ups and downs, but Aimee has always been there for me. She not only gets to my physical issues but she is also there for the emotional issues that get in the way of achieving my goals. She never lets you slack off or take the easy way out. You are pushed form start to finish while training.

To turn a lifelong couch potato into a gym rat is no small feat. Randy is terrific. He suggests exercise routines that are individualized and challenging, but not more than you can handle. Also, he is a very interesting -- and interested -- person.
