You’ve been REALLY good on your diet…no cheating and you’ve been working your butt off at the gym. Now, all of a sudden, here comes Halloween!

If you are thinking about bingeing on your kid’s Halloween candy, think twice: If you have just one fun sized Milky Way, you’d have to run for about 8 minutes to burn off those calories. Not many people, myself included, can just have ONE fun sized anything!

Here are some other popular fun size Halloween candies, and how much you’ll have to exercise if you just have ONE!

To cheat or not to cheat…that is the question!

PEANUT M&M’S: 90 calories = 8 minutes of running or 11 minutes lifting weights

THREE MUSKETEERS: 60 calories= 6 minutes of running or 22 minutes on a bike

STARBURST: 4 pieces = 80 calories = 8 minutes of running

SNICKERS: 80 calories = 8 minutes of running

TWIX: 80 calories = 8 minutes of running

ALMOND JOY: 80 calories = 8 minutes of running

MOUNDS: 80 calories = 8 minutes of running

BUTTERFINGERS: 90 calories = 13-minute fast walk or 20 minutes lifting weights

HERSHEY’S KISSES: 5 = 100 calories = 8 minutes of running or 14 minutes of swimming

KIT KAT: 100 calories = 20 minutes on bike

REESE’S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS: 2 mini’s = 90 calories = 10-minute jog or 13 minutes lifting weights
